We were very pleased with Mr. Kesterson. When we decided to sell, Kaedon was the realtor we knew we wanted to work with. He has a solid reputation in Wills Point. This was our first time to sell a house so we needed someone to walk us through the entire process. Kaedon was very understanding and kept us involved every step of the way. We put our house on the market right about the time the market slowed down. He never got discouraged and kept working to get a buyer. We had several offers that didn’t pan out and then a contingent offer that we ended up taking. It was a long process but he and the buyers agent kept working to get it done. Kaedon does a great job of simplifying the house buying process. He takes the time to make all the confusing terms and protocols make sense. He has a lot of market knowledge, but when he does encounters a questions he can’t answer, he’ll go hunt down the answer from a reliable source. I appreciate how friendly and professional he was with me, but also with the lender and the other agents. He represented me well as the buyer, and made some great calls regarding the offers made on the house.

Hands down the best realtor around my neck of the woods!! Kaedon went above and beyond throughout my home buying experience in order to assure a smooth and timely closing. There were a few hiccups by the title company (seller chose the title company, not us) but Keadon kicked it in overdrive and ironed out those issues with quickness. Kaedons knowledge and experience prevented a possible delay in closing and instead turned into us still closing right on time!!
